Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name (either by name or as “Guest”) when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Formal — Think a small step up from Cocktail attire. No tuxedos required!
The bridesmaids are wearing light blue, so stay away from that color if possible!
It may be hot, and our reception venue does not have A/C, so dress accordingly.

The ceremony is completely indoors.
The reception is indoors, but it is on the lake, and if weather permits we will hopefully be outdoors too!

Please take your seats for the ceremony no later than 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.
The reception begins at 5:30pm to account for travel time. You may arrive sooner, but the bar will not be open until 5:30pm!

When you RSVP, there will be an option to select your meal and leave a comment regarding any restrictions. Our caterers will ensure you get the correct meal!

St. James Place has 22 private spots located behind the building, and designated handicapped parking. If the lot is full, downtown Great Barrington has free street parking and a parking lot next to the Triplex Cinema, which will require a short walk so plan ahead!
The Boathouse has a large area of designated private parking and will accommodate all guests. There are no designated handicapped spots here, so please let us know when you RSVP if you need handicapped parking at the reception venue.
